Beauty itself is a relative topic to talk about. Most people agree that beauty is in the eye of the observer, but we are all aware that we’re living in a world where physical appearance is overrated. Hello Beautiful speaks to the heart of the observer and discusses what ‘is’ beauty. This campaign combines two of Selfridges’ main marketing platforms: Hello Beautiful digital with OOH + the famous windows and in-store events and talks The Beauty Project and FragranceLAB.
While working for the Selfridges in-house agency team I had the honour to work on this amazing project with a stella team of creatives and Alannah Weston, Selfridges’ Chief Creative Director. What I love about this project is that Selfridge's spirit of innovation and creativity lives on through its owners today. Since 2003, the Weston family have owned and operated the business. The only store to be named the Best Department Store in the World four times, Selfridges today is more than just the sum of its products - it's a shopping experience that promises to surprise, amaze and amuse its customers by delivering extraordinary customer experiences.
